Defining the Enterprise
Sponsor: The district Superintendent will sponsor the EAP. The sponsor's duties are to "ensure that all stakeholders are included in defining, establishing, and using the Architecture Capability."(Module 13 Readings)
Scope: The EAP will address the SDUSD School District. All decisions are driven by the mission and vision statements.
Key Drivers and Elements
Stakeholders: Administration in all departments, teachers and staff, families and students as users of these systems, communities that are affected by the decisions made in local education, and partner agencies that provide services to our facilities, staff, and students.
Intentions and Culture: All decisions are driven by the mission and vision statements, which are as follows:
